“But the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.’” Luke 2: 10-11(NIV)
Since its Christmas Day, I’m not actually writing a full blog post today. I just wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas! I hope you are able to take the time and enjoy the day with your loved ones.

Derek and I are keeping our low-key Christmas tradition going. We pretty much stay in and veg out in our PJs. We’ll watch some movies including my favorite Christmas movie, A Christmas Story. I’ll make a delicious prime rib dinner later on in the day. It’s a busy time of year for Derek, so we like to take advantage of his day off and completely rest.
No matter what your plans are today, whether it’s a huge celebration with family or a low key one like ours, I hope you’ll remember the reason for this day and that is to celebrate Christ’s birth. Once again, I just want to wish you a very Merry Christmas!
